Based in Busselton, Tolcairn Builders specialises in residential renovations/additions and custom new builds. With 15 years experience in carpentry and construction, our expertise enables us to offer a wide range of services in projects ranging from domestic extensions and renovations, architecturally designed new homes, outdoor areas, carports and all other aspects of carpentry, you can be rest assured that your project is in the right hands.
We pride ourselves on our customer relationships that we develop during the course of construction and long after the project is completed. If you already have plans we’re happy to get working on your dream home straight away. If you don’t have plans, we work with select draftsman and architects that we believe would be best suited for your project.
The director and HIA member, Chris Bartlett, started out his carpentry apprenticeship in country SA when he was 16. With a passion for all things building, career progression soon followed. Studying his diploma of building and construction at HIA, Chris became eligible for a building license, then forming Tolcairn Builders Pty Ltd.
