Tim was approached by Westcoast Residential to do a design for their client in Mindarie. This client had a few designs done for them in the past and just where never happy with there final design of their home. Tim had a in depth design brief meeting with the client to understand what they did and did not want in their dream home.
Tim from Timeless Home Designs came up with a modern design that met all the clients wishlist items. So much so that the client didn't have any changes to the plans and absolutely loved all the design elements put forward to them from Tim.
Feature elements like the big picture window opposite the full width pivot door to the entry. This was designed to let in natural light but also to have a small garden and tree to view as you entered the home. The entry also had the feature brick flow from external to internal to give that next level of detailing.
