The client's brief of this gorgeous home in Bedford, was to tie in with the heritage and landscape of the surrounding suburbs.
The reverse veneer house finished with Scyon boards, Colorbond metal deck roof and washed aggregate pavers, perfectly reflect the character of the neighbourhood.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a study off the main area, a generous alfresco under the main roof and a double garage with a remote controlled garage door.
The high quality specification in this home is seen in the large-format, lappato porcelain floor tiles to the main area with striking, feature tiling to the entry wall.
A central feature throughout the home is the use of recycled bricks with white mortar brick joints. The bricks are featured in the entry, living area and main bedroom. To complement the recycled brick, the clients also selected recycled jarrah floorboards, milled for reuse as flooring.
The stunning white gourmet kitchen with Polytec Gloss cabinets, ‘Subway’ tiles to the splashback, stunning Caesarstone benchtops, the massive island bench features a large, parquetry jarrah block.
