This home is sited on an elevated corner site which has expansive views and enjoys a northerly aspect to one side. This northern side of the house has been designed to exploit winter sun penetration into the living spaces.

The modern architectural aesthetic is robust to the south west and transparent to the north.

Feature circular penetrations provide for light to animate the entrance of the home and these spotlights move throughout the interior of the home as the suns position and angle moves throughout the day.

To the West the home offers up the views to the ocean and a cantilevered bridge extends out over the swimming pool like a diving platform for a sense of drama and to increase the overall aspect of the view.
