The owners were looking to entire retirement with a house that had the room to entertain and host their family and friends. A complete renovation of the entire house was undertaken, as well as the removal of the ground floor roof over the existing garage.
The first floor extension was added over the garage and a complete re-pitching and re-roof. New gables, framing each end of the living room, opened the home to a flow of natural light. This opened to the adjoining Kitchen and provide the owners with the space they needed.
