A new, passive solar home in Cowaramup. This 3 x 2 was designed to require no artificial heating or cooling throughout the year for the young owners.
A grey, lightly polished concrete floor will not only stabilize the internal temperature through day and night as well as the year but also set a backdrop to the moody interior chosen by our owners.
The palette is dark, elegant with a natural warmth carried through by the Marri timbers throughout the home. This is a water and energy efficient home with a productive garden.
