This smart, cost effective renovation to a small, dark colonial Beaconsfield home added a light filled living room space that overlooks the beautiful, lovingly manicured garden.

This is an energy efficient home with a large micro inverted PV system on the roof. The living area was doubled in size with a new gourmet kitchen addition, included a bathroom and a studio/ office space.

A new, north facing verandah beautifully invites the outdoor into the home, blurring the boundaries between inside and out, giving the home a sense of space and light.
