Renovation and Addition

This project was a complete internal renovation. It included the addition of 2 x new bathrooms, a new kitchen, new swimming pool and a complete re vamp of all internal walls, floors, fixtures and fittings. No surface was left untouched.

The owners brief was to remodel and re configure a early 80’s renovation and bring the house up to speed. It started with the removal of the existing kitchen to allow for a new ensuite and family bathroom. The master bedroom then got the walk in robe added and was finished throughout with polished Jarrah floorboards, tiles to the wet areas and fresh paint throughout.

We then moved onto the 80’s renovation, completely removing all previous coverings, linings and obstructions from floor to ceiling. New window openings were created to bring the outside in, a new scullery and chefs kitchen was installed, and to top it all, a new pool was craned in to complement the view through the new glazed walls
