Creating an indoor-outdoor connection was very important factor in the design of this contemporary build achieving a home that is low maintenance and environmentally responsible.
Clever use of different affordable cladding created a very striking contemporary façade offset by cantilevered roof.
Passive solar principles in the design have utilised to ensure a comfortable internal living environment. Framed by native trees only adds to the eco appeal.
