Cape Street

The client had 2 specifications when creating the brief for their new home. The design had to make passers-by go “Wow!” and, the owner wanted to have several comfortable vantage points from which he could view the city while reading a book. The home also needed to be comfortable for entertaining and offer his family plenty of personal space.

The 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house design ticks all of the clients boxes. With city views from the balcony and a custom built in window seat that also overlook the sky line the client could read in sun or rain with perfect city views. Each bedroom is privately tucked away with easy access to a full bath, and the kitchen living dining area is open plan. These living areas are built around an alfresco, and the kitchen has a scullery to make entertaining a breeze.
